IIATC Events

Monthly Luncheons: Membership Luncheons are held the second Tuesday of most months at various locations in Tarrant County.  We have a short business meeting, meal, and a guest speaker.  This is an excellent opportunity for members to meet in an informal atmosphere to discuss business and share ideas.  Agency members receive 1-5 complimentary luncheon registrations per month, depending on their agency headcount.

Continuing Education: CE courses are offered to members prior to most monthly luncheons.  These courses are open to all employees of IIATC member organizations, at no cost.

Annual Trade Show: Trade Fest, our one-day tradeshow, is a fantastic event each year!  Associate members exhibit and agents and agency staff have the opportunity to learn about products and services offered.  A buffet lunch is served during show hours and door prizes are awarded by each exhibitor.  A reception follows the event for agents and exhibitors.

Legislative Day: Typically held in conjunction with our July Luncheon, Lee Loftis, head of Government Affairs at IIAT, presents a legislative update to members. 

Big "I" Day Golf Tournament: This is our annual golf tournament and is a great day of fun, prizes, food and drinks for golfers and non-golfers! 

Casino Night: Hosted by our Young Agents, Casino Night is one of the most popular events of the year.  It is also when the incoming Board of Directors is installed.

Young Agent Events: Hosted by our "under 40" crowd, but open to all IIATC members, you will find networking socials, educational seminars, and more.
