IIAATC has an employment agency. If you are in need of a new employee, contact Julie Murphy at the Association office and she will help you find someone to fill your needs. People contact Julie when they are seeking employment. When an agent calls Julie looking for an employee, she will try to find someone in her list of applicants who will be qualified for the job. If an IIATC member agent hires an employee that Julie has referred to him, the charge is $500. The charge to non-members is $1000. If someone is looking for a job in the insurance industry, they can call Julie and register with the IIATC Employment Agency. Julie will interview the applicant and attempt to find a job for them with an agent who is registered with the Employment Agency. There is not a fee charged to the applicant. All fees are paid by the Employer.
